In 2014, I started actively searching for reasons
“Why do people do what they do?”
My life journey took me to Silicon Valley, where I completed a cycle of Mindset Modeling training with Robert Dilts in 2014, 2015, and 2017. Ever since, I continue to learn and upgrade.

My Story
Corporate experience
Horse races. I led the National Hippodrome near Sofia. Alongside my team, every year we organized national races for thoroughbred horses from all over the country.
Recovery program. As a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the complex Hotel RILA in Sofia, I proposed and executed a strategy and recovery program that turned the 2 million debt into 200,000 profit.
Upgrade
I’m a co-founder of the international learning hub Generative Mindset ILC. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the International Association for Generative Change (IAGC).
Publications
I am the author of a bilingual novel based on real events Ana’s Way released the USA in June 2018.
I had the amazing opportunity to work with one of Stephen King’s editors, Daniel Burgess. He edited “Doctor Sleep”.
A year later, in Bulgaria, Ciela Publishing traditionally published Ana’s story (translated by me). The title of the book is “АНА”
My Principles
1. Humans are animals, too. We are guided by sensations, unconscious programs, and instincts. How can we utilize our animal nature in our favour?
2. Anyone, absolutely anyone, can shift their mindset. All they need is one thing – DESIRE for change.
3. If we’re going to do something, let’s do it the best way we can. Somebody will notice.
