I want to share with you the most precious awareness I was presented this summer. Genius in its simplicity. And so true.

It relates to all our relationships – love life, business partnerships, friendships, everything.

I heard it from Dr. Joe Dispenza. I watched a podcast with him talking about the different aspects of interpersonal dynamics and the reasons why sometimes people split out of the blue.

“It’s because one personally grows much more than the other,” said Dispenza.

Well, of course, I thought to myself. Look around, there are countless examples – married couples get suddenly divorced, business partnerships fall apart, and we unfriend buddies along the way. That’s life.

What blew my mind was the following simple concept.

• How do we know we are on the same page with our partners?

• How can we measure the growth gap between one person and another?

• How can we evaluate the potency of our relationships?

• By the level of ENTHUSIASM, our ideas are being accepted!

That’s brilliant. And universal.

I had my aha moment realizing the wisdom in Joe Dispenza’s words. Suddenly, I got the answers to many questions heavy on my mind.

From now on I’ll be extra careful how will you react when I say “Hey, let’s do this or that.”

Will you embrace my suggestion with enthusiasm?

Will you argue with me with enthusiasm trying to convince me I’m wrong? (that’s okay)

Are you going to be indifferent and impersonal?

Moreover.

What if I remove words from some previous interactions and focus only on the level of enthusiasm? What will I learn about the situation? Will I feel different? Will I have other expectations? Will I be relieved?

I did it. Comprehended. Felt amazing. Would you like to experiment as well?
